Local products markets

The village of  Velleron has a very popular farmers’ market which is open every day between April to September, and starts at 6 pm. From September to April, the market is held on Tuesday, Friday and Saturday and starts at 4:30 pm. Farmers have created an association to organize a splendid farmers’ market every Saturday morning, in Petit Palais, near Isle-sur-la-Sorgue. This market is now 10 years old, and opens in 2006 on 25 March, closing on 23 December with its Christmas market. Pernes-les-Fontaines also holds its farmers’ market, organized with the Chamber of Agriculture, every Wednesday evening, in July and August, from 6 to 9 pm.
